  • Uploaded documents (COI, CDL, weight tickets)
  • Load postings, bids, and booking history
  • Messages exchanged with other platform users

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and improve the platform
  • To match carriers with relevant loads via AI-powered alerts
  • To verify identities and credentials against FMCSA records
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • To send transactional and service emails (you can opt out of marketing emails)
  • To generate anonymized market insight reports

3. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • We do not share your contact information with advertisers
  • We do not store payment card information (payments are party-to-party)

4. Public Profile Information

Carrier and broker profiles, including company name, location, truck types, FMCSA status, and ratings, are publicly visible to all visitors. Load postings are also public. You control what information you add to your profile.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing DTW Support. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and does not identify individual users.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Uploaded documents are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls.
