1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DTW ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including brokers, contractors, carriers, and visitors.

2. Platform Role

DTW is a marketplace that connects parties in the dump trucking industry. We are not a freight broker, carrier, or party to any transaction between users. All agreements, payments, and obligations are between the posting party and the carrier directly. We do not guarantee the performance of any user.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions. Accounts found to be fraudulent will be permanently terminated.

4. Load Postings

All load postings must be for legitimate hauling work. Posting fictitious loads, loads intended to harvest contact information, or loads with misleading rates is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to remove any posting at our discretion.

5. FMCSA Verification

Our FMCSA verification feature cross-references publicly available SAFER records. Verification status is informational only and does not constitute our endorsement of any carrier. Always perform your own due diligence before entering into a hauling agreement.

6. Platform Subscription & Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan ("Pro Membership"), you authorize DTW to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the stated price. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no pro-rated refund. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you are not satisfied — contact DTW Support. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to registered users. By completing checkout you confirm you have read and agree to these billing terms.

7. Marketplace Payments

The Platform does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments between users for hauling services. Payment terms displayed on load listings are self-reported by the posting party. DTW is not responsible for payment disputes, non-payment, or fraudulent payment representations. Always verify payment terms before accepting a load.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users
Attempting to circumvent our fraud detection systems
Scraping platform data without written permission
Using the platform to solicit users off-platform for competing services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost loads, or damage to equipment, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
